What we need to price the work
None of this is essential to get started. If all you have is a postcode, send that.
- Site address and postcode: this identifies the lead local flood authority, which sets most of the requirements
- Planning reference if you have one, so we can read the conditions ourselves
- The condition wording if you are discharging one
- A site plan or proposed layout at whatever stage it is at
- Existing percolation or survey results, if any
- Your deadline, and whether the authority has set one
What happens next
- We check the site against the Environment Agency mapping and identify the lead local flood authority
- We confirm what the application or condition actually requires
- You get a quote in writing
- If testing or a survey is needed first, we arrange it through PT or Clear Drain so you are not managing three appointments
