Site Evaluation:
Our team will first visit your site to evaluate the soil conditions. This involves digging a hole to the required depth, removing any loose debris, and preparing the site for the Birmingham or Wolverhampton percolation test.
Test Execution:
Once the site is prepared, we saturate the soil with water and then refill the hole to a fixed level. We monitor the time taken for the water to seep through the soil, repeating this process as necessary to ensure an accurate reading of the site's permeability.
Detailed Reporting:
Upon completion of the testing, our engineers compile a detailed report of the results. This report includes the calculated permeability rate, our insights into the site's suitability for a soakaway system, and any recommendations for next steps.
