Case Study : Cherry Tree House, Telford – Single Dwelling

Having reviewed the outstanding drainage conditions provided by Telford and Wrekin Council Local Lead Flood Authority, the site required percolation tests in line with BRE365 along with associated drainage strategy designed in accordance with the SuD’s manual.

Full scale percolation tests were carried out site confirming ground conditions were suitable for the use of infiltration and a sustainable drainage strategy, utilising the use of permeable surfacing and crate type soakaways was produced along with supporting soakaway design calculations, construction details and maintenance strategies.
